These Terms apply to use of the x9a platform. By entering or registering on the platform, you acknowledge reading and accepting all conditions below. Please read this document carefully.

Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the x9a platform (https://x9a.bio), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between x9a and each registered or unregistered user.
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is fully prohibited. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Full service on x9a requires registration. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at signup. Providing false information is a violation and may lead to account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login password and account. Immediately notify support if anyone accesses your account without authorization.
- Each person is allowed to create only one account.
- Account transfers or allowing others to use your account are strictly forbidden.
- Passwords must not be shared with anyone.
- Users are fully responsible for any activity occurring on their accounts.
User Responsibilities
As a platform user, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws. Fraudulent behavior, harming other users, or disrupting platform operations is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All financial transactions on x9a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers.
- Minimum deposit amount ৳500.
- Deposited funds must come from a legitimate personal source.
- Account verification is required for withdrawals.
- Specific conditions must be met to withdraw bonus or promotional funds.
- Report any failed transactions to support within 72 hours.
- X9a reserves the right to temporarily suspend any suspicious transactions.
X9a does not charge any extra taxes or fees on transactions. However, your mobile banking provider may deduct their own charges, for which x9a is not liable.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities
The x9a platform is solely for lawful personal entertainment use. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Betting or gaming using automated bots or software.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
- Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud or harassment of other users.
- Exploiting platform technical vulnerabilities.
- Withdrawing funds based on false information.
X9a reserves the right to cancel bets and restore balances if game outcomes are deemed invalid due to technical errors.
Intellectual Property, Liability Limitations & Account Closure Policy
Intellectual Property
All content on the x9a platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of x9a. Reuse, copying, distribution, or modification of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
X9a accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection.
- X9a is not responsible for delays caused by failures of third-party services (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.).
- Losses from unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
- Missed opportunities due to temporary platform unavailability.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
X9a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms.
- Fraudulent activities or bonus abuse.
- Long-term inactive account.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
In case of account closure, valid balances will be refunded, but bonuses or any earnings violating Terms will be forfeited.
Third-Party Services, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links and Services
X9a uses third-party payment gateways. These providers have their own Terms and Privacy Policies for which x9a is not responsible. Users are advised to review these terms carefully.
Changes to Terms
X9a reserves the right to amend these Terms partially or fully at any time. Continued platform use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Important changes will be notified on the platform.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In case of disputes, both parties will first seek resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved, jurisdiction will be under the competent courts of Bangladesh.
